If you are like me, you are not a fan of cardio. Especially long durations of it. Just the thought of forty minutes on the elliptical makes me want to not go to the gym. One thing I found that helps me get through cardio days is doing different cardio programs on the treadmill, so my short attention span is entertained. One of my favorite treadmill programs is below. Instructions: This program is a mix of walking, jogging and getting off the treadmill and performing a certain exercise. When performing the certain exercise, jump off the treadmill, while keep it running, and perform the exercise for the stated time. Then take the 15 seconds to get back on the treadmill and start the next section.
