I have no problem cutting sweets or fried food out of my diet, but my protein shakes-they aren’t going anywhere. I absolutely LOVE my protein shakes (I have one every morning and even have a travel blender for when I am traveling). Over the years I have perfected a recipe that I want to share with you guys today. Give it a try and I promise you will not be disappointed 😊
The Best Protein Shake Recipe Ever
- -1 scoop protein powder (whey, vegan, casein, etc)
- -1/2 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
- -1/2 cup frozen spinach
- -2-3 oz of avocado (this is the secret ingredient)
- -About 2 inches of water in the blender
- -Ice
Throw everything into the blender, and blend. Deliciousness has been created. Enjoy.
